Important update: Bulk billing changes from 1 November 2025

From 1 November 2025, the Australian Government is introducing changes to the Medicare bulk billing system for GP services.
In line with these changes, and to focus on providing ongoing care for our existing patients, our practice is returning to bulk billing for standard GP consultations.

If you hold a valid Medicare card, there will be no out-of-pocket cost for standard appointments such as check-ups, script renewals, and general consultations.

Please note that some procedures are not covered under Medicare’s new bulk billing arrangements.
Certain procedures, such as IUD insertions, may attract a private fee.

We are no longer able to provide iron infusions in a way that attracts a Medicare rebate. These services will now be fully private.

At this time, we are not accepting new patients, so that we can continue to provide timely and consistent care to our current patients.
If you have not attended the clinic within the past three years, you will be considered a new patient under this policy.

If you are unsure whether your appointment is bulk billed or have questions about your patient status, our reception team can confirm this when you book or check in.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

For further information you can check our Fees page, or if you would like to see exactly which Medicare item numbers we will be bulk billing you can view those here.
